The franchise fee is $25,000 per location. Qualified veterans are eligible for a 50% discount off of the franchise fee for their first location.
The ongoing royalty fee is 5.5% of gross sales.
Our current marketing and advertising fee is 7% of your gross sales. At the moment, it’s divided so that 1% of your gross sales is allocated for national marketing and 6% for local marketing.
We offer comprehensive marketing and branding support that builds brand awareness, promotes trial and drives repeat purchases. Grand opening and ongoing support for franchisees includes digital, print, broadcast, social media, and in-store materials.
Your initial investment will vary depending on a number of factors, including the floorplans you choose and the number of restaurants in your agreement. Item #7 PDF

Real Estate
Our development team will work with you to locate ideal sites within your market.
We ask that franchisees live within a 30-mile radius of their location. If you’re interested in developing a market outside of that radius, let us know.
You’re welcome to contact us directly. We’re interested in sites that meet the following criteria:
- 1,200 to 1,600 square feet
- High visibility
- Strong ingress/egress
- End cap preferred
- Minimum 5,000 households in a one-mile radius around site
- Strong retail draw, such as a grocery or QSR anchor
Getting Started
On average, your first location will be open between 6-9 months from the time you sign your franchise agreement. Each market and store is different, though, and the time it takes to open a unit depends on factors such as site selection, lease negotiation, buildout, permitting, and training.
We offer a thorough initial training program, as well as continued support throughout the life of your franchise agreement. To get started, training will take place over the course of four weeks, with three weeks of operations training at our training stores in southeast Michigan and one week of online business training. Franchisees receive on-site assistance for up to two weeks during the grand opening period. The marketing support staff is also available to assist with grand opening advertising and local store marketing initiatives. Beyond that, the operations team conducts follow-up visits one month after opening, and will remain in touch with you on an ongoing basis.
All of our franchisees east of the Mississippi receive food and product from Hungry Howie’s Distribution. The balance of our stores receive their supplies from Performance Food Group. This model has worked well for years and allows franchisees to receive volume discounts to help improve their bottom line.
